How Should I Deal With Threats
“I’m a manager, administrating one office. I always run the business in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations.
But sometimes political figures exert pressure to do something else. They don’t manage or control me, so they threaten me. How can I remove the threat?”

This is very difficult to answer as I don’t understand your culture, or personal and business circumstances. I do understand and sympathise with you and will offer some advice to help you, but please talk to colleagues, managers, family and friends for their input.
What do they threaten? Why are you concerned about the threat- can they enforce it? How can you protect yourself?
I think the first line of defence has to be to talk to your managers and explain the problem and situation to them. In reality it is their problem, not yours, as whoever has that position will be subject to the same bullying.
Collect whatever evidence, you can. Make copious notes of points to illustrate the problem. Ask for a meeting and explain the problem in a calm and rational way.
If that does not work to your satisfaction you will have to consider alternative employment
