In her black book
The issue is this: one day, the madam I work with in an event management centre said she doesn’t like my attitude anymore and that she has put me in her black book. I just think that is her kind of person and it doesn’t mean anything to me.
For more than a week she didn’t send me on an errand in the office, except that as it is team work, she knew I would work with them.
Right now, I do whatever I can to achieve my daily job. What is your advice?
Do you know what upset her? Why does she not like your attitude, and what made her put you in her black book?
It sounds like she is your supervisor. If you want to keep your job, and make progress in it, you need to make peace with her.
If you know what happened, you need to make amends and apologise, even if the apology is for upsetting her, if not for whatever you did.
If you don’t know why she is upset, apologise for upsetting her and ask her to tell you what she has taken exception to, so you can avoid it happening again.
And then carry on doing whatever you can to make yourself indispensable in your role, keep a low profile, and make sure your behaviour is impeccable
Hope this is helpful
