Many unsuccessful applications over the years
I have been applying for a certain company here in my country for 10 years, but they have never shortlisted me .Can you help me, I am about to lose hope, because I qualify in every aspect.

Companies do not like it when a candidate applies for every possible position. It gives an impression of desperation. They prefer a more focused approach, with applications around a certain skillset.
And if you are truly suited to every position in every aspect, then there must be a flaw in your application. We will look at that in a moment.
But why are you so focused on this company? Take a moment to list the reasons. Then find someone in HR to get some feedback from. Perhaps the manager who handled your last application.
Contact them, by letter, phone or email, and say that you really want to work for the company, for the reasons you have just listed. You have made several unsuccessful applications and wonder if they could spare you a couple of minutes to offer you some feedback on your last application.
Don’t pester them, or argue, just accept whatever feedback they offer you. Ask them if they have any relevant current positions they might consider you for. Thank them politely.
Then armed with whatever they told you, critically review you last application. Did your CV demonstrate you are a perfect match for the Job? Did you “answer “the requirements as listed in the adverts, or job specification?
Did you write an effective cover letter?
Go back to our earlier lessons and reread them thoroughly, applying what is said to your Application.
